All classes are 1 hour in length and led by Personal Trainer and Platinum Coordinator, Gina Fontaine
PlatinumChallenge: Tuesday @ 10:30 a.m. in Studio 5 Weight training helps build bone density and maintain or even build muscle mass. This class incorporates functional strength training into a comlete workout for your whole body. Functional means we perform movements that emulate our daily activities. Modifications for various musculoskeletal conditions are always offered.
Body Balance: Wednesdays @ 10:40 a.m. in Studio 4
Changes in the body systems that control balance are an inevitable consequence of aging. You can slow and evne reverse this process with the right types of exercises! We use BOSU balls, MVe chairs, agility ladders, foam rollers, gliding discs and trampolines to challenge and train your balance.
Platinum Pi/Yo: Thursdays @ 9:30 a.m. in Studio 5
Looking for a lighter of introductory version of Yoga and Pilates? In this class, we learn the fundamentals of Pilates and core activation, breathing and basic Yoga postures. The 1st Thursday of each month is a Restorative Yoga class.
